Location

Prominently positioned premises/sites with arterial road frontage in towns with a population over 80,000.

Existing Premises (Leasehold or freehold)

Dependent upon eaves height and local marketplace we will consider units between 15,000 and 60,000 sqft. Absolute minimum eaves height is 5m, with high bay at 8m or higher being preferred.

New Build Site

Ideally freehold sites between 1 and 3 acres D & B will be considered.

Commission

We offer agents commission where they are not instructed. Our standard rates are 2% on freehold introductions and 15% on first years rent for leasehold introductions. However for off market transactions we can consider higher levels.
